Rethinking Exercise
There is so much much information circling the internet about exercise that it’s hard to know what to believe. It’s my job as a personal trainer to analyze fitness trends and help you understand what information to trust.
Today, I wanted to share two videos about common exercise myths. I hope you find them helpful and I’d love for you to share your feedback with me.
This first video is from a Harvard professor debunking common exercise myths.
In this second video, Dr. Seiler explains how the common saying “no pain, no game” is a flawed approach to getting fit.
Want to start exercising but don’t know how? Or need extra motivation and guidance? Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or start with a personal training session today!
