Happy new year, and welcome to my first newsletter of 2023!
My goal for 2022 was to help you get moving and live a happier and healthier life. And for 2023 that goal remains the same. This is so important to me because I’ve seen how much exercise can transform people’s mental and physical health for the better.
Everything in life feels easier when you’re exercising regularly, getting more sleep and eating nutritious foods. That's why when I'm filming workouts, creating recipes, sending out newsletters, or sharing stories on Instagram, I'm always trying to help people take the first steps.
Whether it be with my 4 Week Beginner Challenge, YouTube Workouts, Private Training Sessions or Live Group Classes, I'll be with you every step of the way.
