You’ll quickly realize how intense it can be, even for the most experienced gym-goer. But my “One Minute Workouts” popularized on TikTok and Instgram aren’t about intensity. They’re about staying committed to being healthier by challenging yourself to make exercise a daily habit. They’re a reminder that if you want to feel fit, reduce stress, boost your energy and motivation or just start a new habit, one minute is all you need.
You don’t improve your health or level of fitness by exercising once a month. You improve by staying committed to the routine. Have you exercised or stretched today? Starting today and staying consistent can lead to life-changing results! And that’s why my “One Minute Workouts” really work!
