The Perfect Morning Routine
Having a great day doesn’t happen by accident. A great day starts with a great morning routine. My early morning routine always makes me feel more productive, more energized and puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day. It also helps me reduce stress and get the most important tasks done first.
My biggest tip to help you plan your perfect morning routine is to get organized the night before. Preparing your breakfast, clothes and to-do list the night before along with adequate sleep, all have a significant impact on your day.
Keep it simple and experiment to find out what works best for you.
Here are some examples of how I like to start my mornings (choose one or try them all):
Quiet time to read, reflect and write.
Move my body (workout, stretch, walk or run).
Enjoy the sunrise.
Meditate.
Organize and plan my day.
