When it comes to evaluating progress with your health and fitness goals, there are many indicators more important than body image and the scale.
What keeps me motivated with exercise and eating well, is how I feel and the emotional benefits - do I have more energy, has my mood improved, do I feel less stressed and am I sleeping better?
Try shifting away from focusing on body image to doing it for your mental health. This will keep you consistent and then the physical changes will follow!
