6 Easy Strength Exercises For Seniors
Hi there!
These 6 Easy Strength Exercises for Seniors is a combination of my favorite low-impact exercises. This workout consists of strength exercises you can do if you’re short on time or want a quick workout. You can always use a chair or wall for extra support with your balance. Do this routine with me and I guarantee you’ll start to feel stronger!
✅ Squats (or sit-stand using a chair)
✅ Calf Raises
✅ Single-leg Balance Hold
✅ Leg Curls
✅ Dumbbell Bicep Curls
✅ Pushups (use the wall or counter top)
The goal is to follow along for 2 rounds of each exercise for 1 minute each. You’ve got this!
